These terms of sale govern orders of made-to-measure denim placed on the Carré Denim website.
The customer composes their denim through the online configurator — colour, cut, rise, length, monogram and size (a standard size or exact measurements) — and pays in full at checkout. Each denim is then cut and sewn to the specification provided.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The made-to-measure denim is €255, all in — production, quality control and delivery. Payment is made in full at the time of order and is processed securely by Stripe; Carré Denim never receives or stores any card data.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As each Carré Denim piece is made to order to the customer's own choices and measurements, no legal right of withdrawal applies once production has begun.
Production and delivery take place within 2 to 3 weeks of the order being placed.
Every denim is inspected before shipping. Should a manufacturing defect be found on delivery, the customer has 7 days to report it so the piece can be repaired or remade.
These terms are governed by French law.
